I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Carlton Park Hotel in Rotherham, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted warmly by the friendly and professional staff. The hotel boasts a stylish, decor while maintaining a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to make my stay comfortable, including plush bedding and a well-appointed bathroom. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was enjoyable, addressing any requests with efficiency and a smile. We only needed a room for one night so this was very good for us. There is redevelopment going on and no restaurant or breakfast but this didn’t bother us.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, spacious rooms with a bath, shower, safe, tv, coffee and tea. Free parking. Room was often serviced. And always nice and warm.

We love this hotel! we stay here every year for horror con and will continue to do so if we can! The staff are so friendly and accommodating, I had a problem when we first checked in due to personal circumstances and once I explained to the receptionist he was amazing and squared us away with a room that was more accessible for me. So kind and so thoughtful I cannot recommend them enough.

On entrance to the Carlton Park Hotel, it had made some major refurbishment changes. It looked fantastic, in comparison to a few years ago. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They kept my jacket safe at lost property for a family member to collect later. Thank You! The room was exceedingly clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable.
